Here is a proposed solution to fight against several things like, costly education, Student politics, Jobs availability, really educated and intelligent workforce in government and The biggest is : _* RESERVATIONS *_:

Here I am putting my thoughts, which I already shared to some of my contacts and also to PMO through Twitter and other channels:

In the support of FREE Education, here are my views and opinions, which will also help in removing reservation as well and will increase academic jobs and will also force private colleges to reduce their fees.

 *This is my personal opinion:* 

No reservations and make education free for all with some specific rules ...

I have very clear vision on removing reservation... It will have multiple problems on target, like removing dirty students politics, reservation politics, un employment issue, good laws and regulations in college, growth everywhere...

Yes, Reservation system in education and job both should be discontinued forever. Only merit list should be considered for everything.

Government should keep school, college, university and library open on all the days 24*7 and free access to all, so all students will get same chance to learn. If some poor student doing job in day time he/she will get faculty/teacher in evening or night also if he/she want to learn, as faculties will work in shift round the clock.

This way the government Job in academic and education segment will be increased by 3 times. 

And as all students know that to get an addmission in a good college or to get a good job, he/she has to perform, as nothing is reserved for them. so students politics and internal fighting will also be eliminated automatically. And they all will concentrate on study and only study. Learn to Earn.

And so education level and knowledge of students will be increased surely. and so all will have better efficiency in Job too, whether it is government or private. 

In addition of same Hostels will also have free accommodation with food for all whoever want to study without putting burden on their parents. 

By this way it is 100% possible to remove reservation in education and government job, as all the students are getting same oppertunity if he/she wants to study.

Let all kids come to school for free. 

One will get maximum 4 trials in 2 years to pass the class and maximum 2 sets of such trials in his/her entire accademic life, else will be removed from free school/college and hostel too.

Then such all students can study further in private costly institute only if they can afford or can start doing any normal job which didn't need education etc but will not get entry in politics as only government college greduate with 60% or more marks will be eligible to fill the form of any election.

So politics will also become bit clean and no inefficient workforce in government job as well.

The biggest thing is entire Reservation Politics will be removed so all political parties will try to work on Vikas = Growth and other related topics...

On average they'd give up, sink and drown after 15 minutes.

But right before they gave up due to exhaustion,

let them rest for a few minutes and put them back in for a second round.

In this second try, how long do you think they lasted? 

Remember, they had just swam until failure only a few short minutes ago...

How long do you think?

Another 15 minutes?

10 minutes?

5 minutes?

NO!

60 HOURS!

That's not an error. 

That's right! 

60 HOURS of swimming which is 2.5 DAYS!

The conclusion drawn was that since the rats BELIEVED that they would eventually be 

rescued, 

they could push their bodies way past what they previously thought impossible.

I will leave you with this thought:

If an Unstoppable Belief can cause exhausted rats to swim for that long, 

what could a Belief in yourself and your Capabilities Do for You?
