RailRadar

Indian Railways recently launched RailRadar, a web app that lets travelers track their trains via Google Maps.

The web app will no doubt be welcomed with open arms as India has one of the largest rail networks in the world, with more than 10,000 trains operating every day.

The RailRadar service currently monitors 6,500 trains. To find out where their train is, users simply search for its name or number and RailRadar will spot it for them. Blue highlights indicate trains that are on time while red means it's behind schedule. Users can click on a train to show its entire route from start to finish.

Simple and practical integration.
