                                           If only 10% Daily Dead People Donate their Eyes, within 100 Days all Blinds who require eye donation will be able to See.

The Central/State Governments and ngos/social workers should encourage donation and give incentives/subsidy for donors especially the poor

 
Then in India there will be NO Blinds.
