Subject: Interesting learnings from FIFA 2010
| 1. WAKA WAKA: The words Waka Waka translate into English to “Just Do It!”. Procrastination is the worst enemy. This is the right time. Do it NOW. Seize the moment. Its not just time for Africa – Its time for you!! 2. PAST SHOW IS NO GUIDE TO FUTURE: Don’t go only by past performance. Two teams which contested finals of 2006 were the worst performing teams in this world cup – France & Italy. This must b statutory warning for everybody else. Keep your thinking fresh!! 3. HYPE & HOOPLA: Matches that were expected to b thrilling have turned out to b a damp squib. Many players like – Ronaldo, Rooney, Kaka & Messi came into the tournament surrounded by lot of hype. None of them actually lived upto the hype! On the other hand Forlan, Mueller & Villa have performed like a star!! 4. DON’T GET DISTRACTED BY THE NOISE: Right from the first match everybody distracted & irritated by the buzzing sound of VUVUZELAS. Noise was deafening enough. In real life also peoples will blow their vuvuzelas into ur ears – avoid them – concentrate on the important work on hand. Stick to ur idea.
