Especially for people who love & live in Ahmedabad... :):):)
One more good news is , Govt. is planning to upgrade the ZONE R3 to R2 & R2 to R1... so more space
to built-up... actually various big builders & co. are forcing Govt. to do this... once R3 will
become R2 means up to 40% can be used as built-up area & R1 means something up to 80%
